Award Criteria
Metrics Award
Having a handle on the practice metrics helps you to make better quality strategic decisions.
This is awarded to someone who:
- Tracks their metrics in a scoreboard accurately and in a timely manner
- Knows what the metric trends mean
- Shows they are using their metrics to to make informed strategic decisions
Mindset Mastery Award
The core of all success starts in the mind. Having a winning mindset requires living above the line at all times and taking 100% responsibility for all areas of life.
This award goes to someone with a “growth mindset”, who demonstrates consistency and commitment and shows this in all areas of life … not just the business.
Breakthrough Award
Breaking through something means that you can look at your daily actions and see a clear difference in the way you consistently behave now compared to the way you used to do things.
This is awarded to a person or a business who has made a significant change and is now enjoying a new set of results. Breaking through requires facing a fear, stepping outside a comfort zone and making a fundamental change to life and/or business.
New Member of the Year Award
Awarded to a member who has joined The Hive Mastermind within the previous 12 months.
- They hit the ground running and worked hard to implement their “best practice system”
- They trusted the process and did the required work to make changes.
The new member award acknowledges a “stand out” person/business who also contributed to building value in The Hive community.
Member of the Year Award
This award goes to a person/business who continues to achieve great things and who embodies what it is to be part of The Hive. The member of the year commits, contributes, grows and has the scoreboard to prove that their actions produce fantastic outcomes for their business, their team and their patients.
Practice of the Year Award
Practices must be experiencing success in all areas of the “best practice system” to win practice of the year.
This means having:
- a clear MODEL and MAP
- committed team MEMBERS
- a MARKETING system
- the ability to demonstrate personal MASTERY, and
- the METRICS scoreboard to back it up.
Lyndon Jones Award
Lyndon was a successful Podiatric surgeon who distinguished himself with respect to how much he cared about and gave to other people.
He was passionately committed to raising the bar for his profession as well as contributing back to it, and this award goes to someone who demonstrates those qualities in their approach to their practice and their profession.
Practitioner of the Year Award
A practitioner is nominated who…
- knows their numbers
- does the work consistently
- keeps FOCUS
- trusts the process
- lives and breathes your practice values
Team Member of the Year Award
A team member is nominated who…
- knows their numbers
- does the work consistently
- keeps FOCUS
- trusts the process
- lives and breathes your practice values
Coaches' Choice of the Year Award
Awarded by The HIVE team, the coaches’ choice award is for someone who stood out
from the crowd for any number of reasons and deserves to be recognised.
They consistently put in the work and follow the process. They may have been in the
running for many of the other awards but, because they are consistent in multiple areas,
may not have been the stand out winner for a particular award.
OPTIMUS Member of the Year Award
Awarded to someone who has worked diligently through the program, has built the
foundations for a successful practice and has made fundamental changes to their operations.
In addition, they have been active in and contribute to the OPTIMUS community.
This person is ‘one to watch’ for the future!
